Received their horrible gummies, now they have taken a further £53 from my account for an item never requested or ordered, thieving scammers. I don't even know what the item they sent is supposed to do. I have never even heard of it. The company is called Herbals-prestige.com. Total thieves and disgusting as the item arrived with no invoice only an expensive phone number on an anonymous card. I'm fuming!

I thought I was buying 1 bottle that claimed was connected to dragons den, was charged £198 pounds, no confirmation email as promised and can’t get in touch with them, no goods received and they have my bank details, help please, this is obviously a scam with false advertising and very misleading about the amount you are ordering ?

I bought a product which cost me twice as much as I was expecting then 1 month later another product which I hadn't ordered is on its way to me and my card has been charged . Trading as a "Dragon's Den" discovery this is a complete fraud and it should be advertised as such on a wide scale. Kara's Orchard products was a name featured as well in the ad. They claimed this product cured tinnitus and arthritis and all sorts of things which is completely untrue..I tried unsuccessfully to contact them and have notified my credit card provider to try to reclaim my money

Same here,ordered free bottle as per Dragons Den feature,no confirmation e-mail,then charged 198 pounds.Bank says I must wait 15 days before they can help,or return the product.No way of contacting this firm(any help appreciated).What is more worrying is that somehow they will repeat this "order",say every three months.Ouch!

Believed I had ordered 1 bottle of Kara's Orchard CBD gummies as featured on Dragon's Den at £39.60. I have been charged for 5 bottles at £198. Their on-line order form is, I believe, deliberately misleading and does not give a summary of the transaction cost before they take the payment.
I haven't received anything yet but suspect the product wil not be the one I expected.

I ordered Pure CBD oil from a Facebook add. It said you buy one bottle and get one free. The price for the bottle was $37. I expected to pay a little over a hundred dollars and receive 6 bottles. I never got a confirmation email which worried me. So I called the number the next day and made sure that this wasn’t a recurring order. I did receive the 6 bottles within a couple of days so I know they didn’t come from Niger. Imagine my surprise when my statement came and I was charged $226.35. I called my visa and asked them to check into this. Then I found a number on the bottle and called it. When they knew I disputed the charge they wouldn’t refund anything. I wanted to send all the bottles back and get all my money back and they wouldn’t provide me an address. So frustrating. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I feel this is some kind of inappropriate business going on here.
