I was trying to make an online purchase through there website, $250.00 lost as once i paid no contact and no product recieved.

I was looking to purchase products from this company, but they didn't disclose that there was an insurance fee that had to be paid until after they claimed to have shipped out the product I requested. I tried reaching out to the person I was doing business with a few times and I never received any response until after I spoke to a representative named Joyce. I told Joyce I wanted a refund and that the business they are doing is highway robbery and I would report them to better business bureau and then I received a response from the seller with the email he contacted me from.
