Type of a scam Employment
"It is really good to meet you. I am Frank Kidd, HR Dept. of Hero GmbH.
I was assigned to guide you during one month of pre-employment
training.
I will try to reach you out some time during training process so we
can have a chat. If you have an urgent need to talk before we move
further, do not hesitate to set up a time. I am usually at the office
from 9:00 AM ET till 5:00 PM ET. I will be glad to respond to all your
questions via phone during morning hours before 12 PM ET noon.
It is absolutely essential to arrange for a personal telephone call
since I may be in a meeting and our MD Division is currently
experiencing high volumes of work, this makes it difficult to respond
to all incoming calls or voice messages.
Completing your training is, however, essential, and we wish to make
this experience as pleasant as possible for you, since this training
will determine your suitability for the management position.
Training will also include vital learning in respect of the FT
position, project management structure, and more. You are obligated to
complete the training before being able to go into this on a full-time
basis.
Our training comes in a two-stage process, this includes ten (10)
business case studies, which you will need to access daily, with
holidays and weekends excluded. These cases include important
materials with key learning initiatives, combined with brief tests.
Our tests are used to evaluate your learning, and are key to
completion of your course. All training details and the tools you need
to complete this course are provided to you. Training is free of
charge, and you are guaranteed a position on successful completion of
your training.
Second stage requires your attendance at online webinars. For those
who are not able to access webinars, we upload our training videos on
our website, where they are easily accessible, for your convenience.
We will engage in lively discussions about project management, so it
is important for you to go through all the available learning tools
to discover more about the primary terms of project management in the
organization.
Our webinar schedule will be shared with course participants on the
third week of training.
Key terms for our training program:
- 30-day duration;
- online, remote;
- flexible shift (mornings, afternoons and evenings are acceptable);
- no tuition costs;
- monthly pay ($2K paid by check or direct deposit);
- you can remain with your current employer while completing our
program;
- full time position is guaranteed once all training materials have
been completed successfully.
Kindly review the attached agreement since this provides all necessary
information about the full month of free online training available.
You will need to sign the last page before you will be able to begin
training. Once training has been successfully accomplished, you will
receive an offer for full-time employment. During this period, all
reporting will take place via the MD office, and will be remotely
processed. Our office will be opening soon in your area.

NEXT STEP
1. Go through your Employment Agreement carefully to make sure that
all your details have been correctly captured. If you do find any
errors, please contact us for a revised copy.
2. Be sure to sign the last page of this agreement, which is the only
page which you will need to print. Once signed, then scan the page or
take a photo, which can then be emailed to me as an attachment. Do not
send us a fax as this will not be accepted. We also do not accept any
agreements sent via postal services.
3. Once your signed document has been received via email, we can then
move on to the next phase.
START DATE
1. We will be launching 4 groups, two on Wed. and two on Fri. during
this/next week.
2. Currently, we have an opening on 4/4/18, when the new group
training will begin.
3. Should this date suit you, kindly email us your signed document,
with confirmation in writing. If this date is not convenient, we will
suggest an alternative.
