Other complaints to this page about Heroic Gadgets describe my same experience: Ordered n-95 mask with 1 extra filter around Feb 2020. Must be a company in another country who was aware of the virus before Americans were. Jumped on the scamming bandwagon and targeted Americans. Never received my ordered items. Emailed them to inquire about my order and to request a refund and my message was returned as undeliverable because their server is misconfigured. Lost $84.95.

I went online to purchase some face masks on heroicgadgets.com due to COVID-19, February 28, 2020. I purchased 3 “Antiviral N95 Mask Respirator For Anti Pollution, Bacteria and Viruses with N95/N99 Filters x 3” for a total of $89.97. I did not receive the masks. I emailed the company and received no response. This past month, I went back to the website address and now it says “heroicgagdets.com is unavailable”. Is there a way I can get my money back? I have been trying to get in contact with them for months. It’s despicable that they used the pandemic to rip people off by ghost sellig masks.

I was able to place an order for a face mask. Received a confirmation # via email. Sent an email to advise shipping but received a mail-daemon "Sorry unable to deliver your message." Only contact info was email address. No phone number, no address. Website shows pics & descriptions of the employees. After noticing money was taken out of my account, a cross border fee was also charged. $.16. Definitely, out of the country scam. I realized after I placed an order that the copyright was 2020. Please work to remove the website off the internet. Reviews are also stating they ordered but not received product. heoricgadget.com reviews. I don't want any more people to loose out on their money.
