Found an add on Facebook and went to the site, purchased the items, received an email/confirmation with a USPS tracking #, but it never was initiated on 11/30th and the order was left unfulfilled. No way to call the company and no response to emails. Their email is: [email protected]

I ordered two items from Heron Party on 11/14/22. I received an email on 11/17 that the items were shipped & would take 12-20 days for it to arrive. On the 13th day I tried to track the order, & the tracking number was wrong, didn’t exist. I’ve sent the company 5 emails regarding the order, & no one has responded back to me. This is a scam, & I’d really like to get the money back that I paid which was $107.98.

Facebook advertising clothing site ordered and received confirmation email but hasn't responded to order status checks, tracking, emails or Facebook messages. Took my money out of my account, but ghosted me and won't respond.
