We ordered a spiderman web shooter from this website before Thanksgiving (HeroXentral and WebXentral are the same company). We received an order confirmation and when we go on the site and click in the chatbox to Track the Order, we put in our order # and email address and it says our order has been fulfilled. When we click on the details, it shows that our order is confirmed but they are "still working on the order". I tried to call the phone # on the website and it says "the text only subscriber is unavailable" and I also texted without response. I've also tried to communicate through this chat on the website without response (other than the automated responses). We've reported this scam on multiple sites and ScamAdvisor. His LLC was also created in August of this year...just in time to prepare for Black Friday shopping.
