buy a blanket never receiveid. No way to contact them.Except by mail but they refuse any conract.How can I locate this company ? I need some help. They just stole people anymore. Where else Ican turn ? Pls.

The company is called HERSMIA . I paid 30.00 for a blanket and got a pair of socks. No way to contact them except by gmail which they refuse to answer. No info on where they're at no address or phone. Pretty good scam alright. No one wants to help or cares and yet these scammers never get punished. Please help me to at least locate this company. Where else can I turn?
