I got scammed by them. I ordered the hoover power scrub elite pet carpet cleaner for my wife for $89.00. After a 3 week wait, I wrote them and they replied that they were backed up and would ship shortly. after another couple weeks, I wrote again and they wrote back that it was out of stock. They said they would offer me a refund, minus the shipping and handling charge. I wrote back saying that it was unacceptable. I should not lose shipping and handling over an item I never received. I didn't receive anymore messages from them. I contacted the better business bureau, but they did not give me much help, so I ended up losing the money.

I ordered a microwave and 3 months later received a pair of sunglasses. My email was returned and I was promised cirrect product with new shipping number, 2 months later that item was "lost" . I asked for money back and they said they would give me part as they were out time and shipping. I explained I received wrong product , then no product came. I turned in to PayPal but they showed tracking from sunglasses I received, instead of the microwave. And case was closed. I will now ask my bank to intervene. COMPLETE CHINA COMPANY SCAM!

I ordered a microwave and received a fake Gucci wallet 5 months later ! Only because I kept emailing them, they did email back. I NEVER would have ordered if I knew they were an Asian company SCAMMERS ... Their website said Bellingaham, Washington. The phone number they posted is even fake. I don't know why someone can't remove this website to stop them from constantly taking advantage of everyone. I would like an update on this website as I am furious they are able to SCAM everyone!

Ordered a Bissell Carpet Cleaner back in March 2020 received 5 face masks 3 months later. Reversed credit card charge successfully. Still getting emails asking to refund $10 less than full price. Operates 3 other websites with same business tactics. Avoid at all cost or will cost you!
