Purchased a set of items the 20th of Nobember, 2023. First was told they would ship the week of christmas, which cane and passed. Then they told me they would ship the 22nd of January, which came and passed. They will not respond to my emails of when i will get my items. Their policy states it takes between 4-8 weeks to recieve an item. It has been 12 weeks. Give me my items and quit ignoring me. So many others have had issues with them as well. Also, they give no address or even a phone number, so i had to select options that were not necessarily accurate to get to the next page. The email and url are completely accurate.
