Ordered a jumbo Squishmallow. It took a month. Got it today...and it's the smallest one. Doesn't even have the Squishmallow label on it. The label says China. You can purchase this size at Five and Below. I am FURIOUS !

On December 4, 2021 I had purchased a 24” Jumbo Size/ (Rare) Kind Kitty Squishmallow. Not only did it take a month for me to receive my order but it was completely wrong! I got a small black cat stuffed animal. This is not acceptable and I would like a refund and the correct order. Below is attached the item I have received.

Same thing just happened to us as shared below. Ordered a 24inch and got a... idk what this is... a baby pillow. I'm so disappointed. Not to mentioned my daughter is too as she waited patiently all month of December 2021 for it. It just arrived today 1/9/22. the disappointed in a five year old face... well, its just awful to be taken advantage of. Costco's has these pillows every now and then. Good luck to all.

Completely bogus site

I ordered two squishmallows in the beginning of December. I received a confirmation email, then an email that items were shipped….. including a tracking number and a connection to an oversees shipping company based out of China. There’s a separate app to track these alleged purchases and for the entire month of December I was lead to believe these were on the way. My account was charged and when I went to contact customer service, the support email didn’t work. I reported them to my bank. Get a real job stupid hackers .

Exactly same thing here, received small plush instead of the large one I paid for. Definitely not a original squishmallow. Will be disputing the charge.

Similar thing happened to me. I received a 12 inch squishmallow instead of a 24". At least, I think it's a squishmallow. All the tags were missing. My email sent to their support address bounced back, and there is no response to their live chat feature. Wish I had seen this before. I will also be disputing the charge. :(

Type of a scam Online Purchase

This website offers a small amount of products for purchase, including toy lightsabers, of which I purchased two. My card was charged, and I received a text message that my order had been fulfilled. However, the tracking number I was assigned did not come up in the carrier. When I tried to contact them by email at [email protected] the message bounced back. They were unresponsive via their chat and via their form.

I disputed the charge to my bank.
