Facebook add for HeyDude with a sales pitch of “Last day for 19.99!” And site replicates that of authentic HeyDude shoes.

I ordered a pair of Hey Dudes off a site that goes by heydedusale.store on Sept 27th, 2022 ,& I still have not received my shoes. I've tried emailing them & the email gets returned every time. I tried using the tracking # and it shows it's been put still nothing. I fell this site is a scam that is going around on FB

There was a add on Facebook in my news feed on hey dude shoes being on sale. Had all kinds of hey dudes shoes for sale websites had the hey dude logo. I also paid for express shipping, shoes came 20 days later and we're a both shoes that I ordered were cheap dollar store shoe's. I tried contacting the company and they won't respond . I got on there website which looks like a legit Hay Dude website and tried to do the return process and it says my order number doesn't exist.
