On Facebook, there was an ad for well-priced shoes called “Hey Dudes”. I selected a few to buy, being told that that shipping was free if my purchase was large enough. I bought 3 pairs, received an email with the confirmation, then never received any package. When I reached out to them, they said they lost it. They offered to replace the package or refund me. I asked for a refund. They promised they would send it, but never sent any refund back. On January 13, they sent an email offering the refund. I still to this day have never received it. I sent multiple emails to them demanding my refund, and every time they respond by saying they were sorry and that they would immediately send the refund. They fail to do so every time. Now that I go back to their website, it is unavailable. I have kept all of the emails from them.
