Fake

Ordered 5 pairs and nothing. Never received any of them. Tried to email them and no response. It’s been several months now and still nothing. Tracking number provided doesn’t exist.

Total Scam!

I had the same experience as everyone above. I ordered three pairs of shoes early part of November and have not received them. I tried emailing them three times at the address at the bottom of the order page and no response. The tracking link just takes me to a blank page. There has to be some way to report this company. It makes me angry that there are people out there that take advantage of others.

Same results as all above! So disappointed! Bought Two pair of these shoes! Texted as said the shoes had been shipped! Waited. No shoes, yet. No response from HeyShoes. Totally disappointed. Whoever did this should not get away with it!

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes on Nov 20th 2022. I have not received them and when I tried to contact them it said that was not a site . [email protected]. They removed the money from my credit card 2 times to different totals. Now i'm out that money and no shoes this is awful ! The world is messed up already and people struggle enough and to get your hard earned money taken away is [censored]. THIS IS A SCAM! Wish I could get my money back...

I placed a order on November 12,2022.
Needless to say I have not received my order or any response. This company is a fraud. I've asked for a refund but have not been contacted.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
In the future I'll pay closer attention to the website that I order from.

I seen an ad of Facebook for HeyDudes for $15.99. I ordered 3 pair! When I went to the confirmation email it sent me to a blank white page, server not found. For one, I don’t understand how Facebook is allowed to let scam websites flow thru their engine, when they send people to Facebook jail for cussing, and for 2 if this website was reported back in 2021, it’s now November 2022, how is this website still up and running. I’m nervous my card numbers are going to get stolen as well. I’ve emailed them, no response. I’m going to the bank to dispute this and making a complaint. This is ridiculous!

I ordered 3 pair at $15.99 each and when I went back to my confirmation email and clicked on the link to review my order I was redirected to a blank page. I clicked on the ad that i saved on FB and of course it wasn't there anymore. I have emailed them several times and I'm waiting for a response. I contacted Hey Dudes and the rep i talked to said there have been a lot of complaints.

Ad popped up when I was shopping for Hey Dude shoes. They had the color I was looking for. Placed the order for $57.98. After 4 weeks, I contacted them about delivery. They assured me they were on the way. Once I received them, I saw immediately that they were NOT what I ordered. After several weeks of back and forth where they told me to regift to someone else, they pretty much have offered me $6, $12, $21 and $27 as a refund. I have stated repeatedly that I’d like a full refund. This company is a SCAM.
