Advertising downloadable e-books. After purchase only 1 of 2 downloads were provided. The download received only included the introduction, table of contents, and index. The content of the book was missing.

When I attempted to contact the company the phone indicated it was not longer in service and had moved. No response to emails as for a refund or the rest of my purchase.

I went online in search of a college book for a cheap affordable price and came across the website heyyar. I presumed to make a purchase of what I believe to be an e book. The transaction was completed and the book was downloaded. I later went to check my bank account and saw that a double charge was done on the account. I then went to check the ebook and it was no longer available. I tried to call the customer service number but it was changed. This website is a fraud and a scam. They take your money, promise you an ebook that “doesn’t expire,” and then later go and remove it all while still dipping into your bank account.
