My wife bought a Groupon for $56 for the company to power wash our front porch. When they arrived, they refused to power wash it unless we purchased a moss removal treatment for an additional $80+ dollars. We declined and they left without providing any service. When my wife tried to get a refund from Groupon, she was told she needed confirmation from HH - House Helper that no service was provided. She called HH and was promised an email confirmation. When it didn't arrive, she called again. This time she was told they would not provide the email because they provided services. When my wife disputed that, they said they gave "an inspection." Their website clearly says "free estimates," and nowhere in their online price list is any charge listed for "inspection."
