This did not go to completion, I just want to report the phone number because “Alex Azar” said I was eligible for a grant and gave me different amounts to choose from, offering cash or check. I was confirming with my friend who was also responding. It is obviously a scam, because I went back and asked my friend a question only she would know, and the message immediately went to spam. They used a personal friend’s identity to introduce it to me as a friend!
