I saw an ad on kijiji about heating installation services. I enquired via the in app messenger and after asking all the questions about the product and services I determined that the person had sufficient knowledge. An onsite assessment was done and he asked for an initial deposit to secure the service and equipment. This was done via e-transfer. Time and date for installation were set up and the person didn't show and made an excuse. He offered to come on several dates which he still didn't fulfill.
