I was notified I won an ebay auction I didn't bid on. I tried immediately to cancel the order before it was sent. I reported it to paypal, ebay, the police, and my bank. They sent the package and it had to paperback books instead of the $1200 computer part they said I ordered. The bank got my money back but nobody seems to care about the fraud and theft. The seller never responds and paypal rejected my claim and appeal. I would like them prosecuted.
