THIS SITE IS A SCAM for phishing and selling a product that may not even exist.

Please make the public aware of these thieves. They may be stealing more than your money.
Thank good I paid with Paypal so there may be some level of private financial protection for me.
PAYPAL complaint:
I purchased a skin patch product "Hibaty product". I never received it because the delivery service, FedEx, that the seller used LOST my package. I called the info for the delivery service and gave them my tracking number last Monday 10/8/18. The delivery service told me that at this point, there is nothing that I can do except get a refund from the seller. Seller must make a claim with the delivery service. I emailed the seller on Monday 10/8/18 at their email address/customer service. I STILL have not yet received a response regarding a refund for a product that I never received and which is NOT MY FAULT for not receiving it. At this point, I don't trust the seller to refund my money back. I don't care about not receiving the product anymore. I just want my money refunded. This is very unfair and unprofessional on their part.

NO. I already talked to YOUR delivery service and gave them the tracking number: XXXXXX I was told by the delivery service that this tracking number tracked the package to Clarks Grove, MN and then disappeared. There is nothing they can do about it at this point since the package disappeared. If you have good customer service, you will investigate where this package went and not have to leave it up to me, the customer who already PAID for it and who has been waiting for it for OVER TWO MONTHS. YOUR delivery service to me to contact YOU, the seller, so that you can make a claim with them. At this point, I JUST WANT MY MONEY back. thank you!

I've already told you that i spoke with the delivery service and they told me that the parcel is MISSING. THERE IS NO SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE. SO, you either open a case with them so that they can find my parcel OR refund my money back. I'm going to ask Paypal to take this dispute to the next level. It may be only $20 but I do a lot of business online and this is RIDICULOUS. stop being theives!

RESULT: I escalated my case via Paypal saying that I do not want to deal with this bogus seller anymore. I checked out their site and saw that this happened to EVERY ONE of their customers. AND now I'm reporting them. Thanks!
