I order 4 dress in which they send me 0ne dress with very low cheap qualify with a high price other and one other dress was not what I ordered

And two dresses were cancelled by me over the email they did not confirm cancellation and did not send them to me

Also did not refunded me for the cancelled ones

I am asking them from the day I received an I complete parcel but they are not refunding me my money

Please look into there business and help me fir my refund
