The tracking did not update as normal. I contacted the vendor by email on June 27th and was told that the item was in transit and the normal time is 5-7 days for delivery. The tracking was updated. I contacted them again on July 10th after the tracking was again not updating; and was told that the item was now at the local USPS center and should be delivered in 1-3 days. The tracking was updated again. Even though the tracking information appeared to be legitimate, I realized then that they were somehow manipulating USPS tracking. The only time the tracking was updated was after I complained. I do not expect to ever get the item. I then researched this company on the internet and found that it is recognized as a scam. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and notified the vendor that I am contacting the ScamPulse.com to report them. Please investigate and do not allow this company to continue to rip off the consumers.
