Applied for a Walmart Evaluation Mystery Shopper Survey 05/03/2020, received reply from a Chris Sandy (832) 402-1183 via Email stating that I had been shortlisted as part of the team to carry out research program and ask to comfirm my full name. On 05/12/2020 rececive Fed Ex packet from Mr/Miss Chris Sandy,Hidalgo County Purchasing dept-2802 Closner Blvd-Edinburg,TX 78539 containing a check for the amount of $3,982.83.00 w instructions to contact Oliver Harris ( who would be my supervisor) at (916)467-8202) once I rec'd this packets. I was instructed to deposit this check into my checking account and wait until it clears and then withdrawn the cash to complete my Secret Retail Evaluation Task. My task was to evaluate the nearest WALMART Store near me for reports of staff misconduct, turning back customers, unnecessary restrictions, over charging in and around my zip code. To deduct my commission of $500.00 and $100.00 to cover gas and necessary Fee and take the balance in cash to the nearest WALMART and purchase four (4) blank WALMART money orders in the amount of $1000.00 for a total of $3000.00 and one for $382.00 taking in the following: how long it took to be served, ambiance/outlook of the Shop/Outlet, Smartness of the attendant, customer service professionism,comments and impreeion and a rating of 0-5 points. Sent text to

Olivia Harris @ (916)467-8202 with a report and sent the four blank money orders along w receipt via Fed Ex priority overnight to the address provided by my supervisor within 48 hours of completeing the task to qualify for a $300.00 WALMART giftcard. Along with money orders I am to sent the Tracking # and a copy of the Fed Ex delivery slip to [email protected].
