In December I placed an order for two wind spinners with the Hidden Gem Store advertised on Facebook. Cost was 49.99 for one and 54.99 for the other. They provided a $10.00 discount bringing the total to $94.98 plus $24.99 shipping. They charged my bank card $119.97. Since that time I have not received the products nor received any response to my email inquiries to [email protected] If you click on the link to the store or your order it comes up page no longer valid.

I ordered three windspinners from this vendor totaling $245.94 on 12/11/20. I e-mailed the vendor on 12/25/20 asking for the status of my order as they were Christmas gifts for friends. I was told that it takes 6-7 weeks for them to get the merchandise from the manufacturer and 5-7 days for delivery. I just e-mailed them again since it has been almost 11 weeks. No response. I clicked on their website where the merchandise was previously displayed, and it appears to be gone. I will file this fraudulent activity with my credit card company in hopes of them crediting my money back to me. Lesson learned from ordering from vendors advertising on social media!

I order 2 wind spinners on 12/16/20 for a total amount of $124.97. I received a confirmation email but no estimated shipping time. I emailed after several weeks of not getting anything and was told that it takes 6-8 weeks for them to arrive. It has been well over that time frame and still nothing. When I try to go to the website, it is no longer available. This was not only a Christmas gift for my mother but also one for my grandmothers grave. I will be pursuing this further!

Ordered from this company on line, a wind spinner. Told 6-8 weeks to have it made.Have heard nothing since so I tried to go to their homepage which does not exist any more. No telephone number to cal...I emailed 3 times with no reply’s... $79.98 is a lot to lose for some of us buts scammers don’t care. Have read many of the same story I Have written here. Something is definitely wrong.

Ordered from the Hidden Gem Store website on 12/14/2020 wind spinners for $124.97 which they charged to my credit card. Never received items and when e-mailed them they said would take 6 to 8 weeks. On 9th week I emailed them again and got no response.

Then e-mailed again and still no response. Now it appears that they have disappeared with my money along with many others.

I ordered two wind spinners on Facebook from Hidden Gem Store in December. It was 2 spinners for a total of $134.97. The order said 3-6 weeks so I didn't check on it. On January 6th I texted the company to ask why I haven't from them and if they were not coming then I would like to cancel. My bank showed that the charge hadn't gone through yet, but the day after I sent the text it was taken out of my bank account. I tried to text them again, but no answer. I then tried the email I found online which was HiddenGem.store. I thought that was weird to have a .store at the end. After sending it a message came back a few minutes later that said it was taken down. I went on the ScamPulse.com site and found out there was an address in Colorado Springs but there were about 50 scam complaints. I was taken. Other sites reported many others complaining about Hidden Gems.
