On 12/17/2020 I ordered a Wind Spinner and was charged $54.99 and $19.99 shipping with a total cost of $74.98. I just realized no tax was added. I received a confirmation of the order and our bank statement shows the amount was paid. I was told I could Track it with Shop. It was listed on the app but nothing else was added. It is now February 18 and the spinner has never been shipped. I contacted them twice through the link to the “website” but did not receive a response. We have turned the information in to Mountain Credit Union in Candler, NC 28715. They are requesting more information, but all I have is the confirmation email. I do not have copies of the messages I sent them since they did not go through the regular email.
