Recently I visited San Diego with the intention of finding old, abandoned locations. Accessing the internet for suggestions, I came across this site that showed pictures of exactly what I was looking for, but they claimed the only way you could visit is if you either signed up as member or paid for directions for single visits.

I emailed them for payment instructions, they sent the link. It didn’t work. Further emails provided little info re another way to pay, then stopped answering me. Btw, other than Hollywood, isn’t it illegal for businesses to charge for directions?
