My mother and my brother just went here the other day and the dentist told my mom that my brother had nine cavities and that, he needed to get them taken care of that day.
My mom instantly felt really odd about that because my brother is extremely clean when it comes to his oral care he drinks absolutely no soda and doesn't really eat candies or sweets.
But of course, my mom is not a doctor, so she believed him. She asked to make sure he had the right record and he responded and said he had my brother’s information, correct. After that they were eager to give her the pricing and all the breakdown of how much everything would be but still my mom felt very weird inside like something wasn't right he showed her x-rays and everything . Started out five cavities went to six then seven then eight and nine was the total number.
As my mom was waiting, something told her to leave so she got up and left and told them that there was an emergency .
They went right to my brothers dentist in another city that he had been going to since he was little my brother is now 17 years old .
They did x-rays and checked my brothers
had NOT ONE CAVITY... they were in shock as to why they would even say any of that because just by visually looking, he could tell that my brother's teeth were extremely clean and while taking care of.
We have PPO insurance and were very pushy on getting payment immediately.
This place is disgraceful I can't imagine how many people had gotten unnecessary medical procedures under false pretenses. Just to get more money because PPO will pay.
Disgraceful....
