I placed an order and received a confirmation email for order #1096 with a tracking number, however then I simply never heard from them again. The confirmation email came from [email protected].
I would check occasionally to track the package on usps.com, but it always said (as it does now): "Shipping label created, USPS awaiting item" with the details of the order: January 19, 2021, at 2:54 am, PORTLAND, OR 97266
After a month, I wrote to the email address with the details of the order and asked for an update. I didn't get a reply. I would still occasionally see posts on Reddit from people indicating they'd purchased the same ring from the site, but those posts stopped in February.
At some time in March, the website was taken down and replaced by a single static page with the title "Hielo co – Opening Soon." New products and restock coming soon, it says. The site now includes the email address [email protected]; I wrote another message to both email addresses and again requested an update, including a screenshot from USPS of the stagnant status. I received no reply.
Further attempts to request information or updates have been ignored.
