This is my investigation and here by I come to the conclusion that these above two sites are not here for work but to make money by allowing people to post fake projects get it approved and charge 5%. many indians are been cheated in similar way.

just visit the site, there is no proper channel or forums to discuss the issues, resolved the issues. only an email to connect. and hifreelancer.com only a single email id to communicate.
