Received a postal letter stating I had won $500,000.00 and they included a check in the amount of 6,990.00 which has been deducted from the winnings. The purpose of this check is to enable me to pay for the tax, insurance, shipping and handling on the winnings. They advised me to call the claims agent, Dale Wesley at 1-902-441-7245 to begin the claim process on the winnings. Note: Do not act on this letter until you call and speak with your claims agent, signed Manager: Walter H. Harrison. After speaking with the claims agent, I was to fill and attach a coupon which was on the same letter and submit to the representative. I did not call, nor did I do anything with the check. Family Dollar, Walgreens, Walmart, CVS Pharmacy. Future Shop, The Home Depot, Lidl, Tesco, Best Buy, Rite Aid, Superstore and Target were also listed under the coupon.

- Aurora, IL, USA
