The initial order was for a "trial" of 5 bottles of Keto gummies, a month's supply. at the beginning of the following month I was billed another 519.00. I called several numbers in several states - Colorado, New Mexiso, Utah and Florida. The company made me wait for a 60 days before they could issue a refund. They sent specific instructions for a refund. Each bottle had an RMA, a number that had to be on the outside of the package and the package was mailed to a PO Box in Florida. PO Box 90129, Lakeland, Florida 33804. Mailed on November 4, 2022. All product from the second 30 day order was returned unopened. It was never picked up from the post office and the post office does not know where it is. So, no refund and no product. Operating in several states and under different names; Luxury Health - Utah 833-682-1057, Keto 833-201-4055 in New Mexico. My credit card put a hold on any further charges from this company. The customer care email no longer exists.
