Scammed out of $500

After your order is placed, scammer whose handle is “Sandra Hall” sends a direct text to your phone with Zelle payment info. After payment is made, scammer then says you’re not registered based on state regulations and asks for $399. Once payment is made, scammer is gone.

After paying for products via zelle, I was asked for another requirement was not disclosed before making my purchase. I was told I needed to pay a refundable (in cash lol) 399 dollars before I could be a customer. I clarified that I am a NY medical cannabis card holder. I then asked for a refund of the 227 paid for medicine, and was told

This could not be issued because it was processed by the state. I read an online review of someone who went through with the entire process and was then never responded to; left without the money and no product that was paid for. I have lose 227 and not the additional 399 thankfully.
