I was scheduled for a CPR class on 5/6/23 9am. When arriving to the location at 113911 Park Ave ste 205 Victorville, CA 92392, the instructor was a no show, no call or message was sent to notify the students of the class not taking place. I tried the contact phone number (760)552-5823 that was provided on the website and posted on the office door upon arrival. The phone number is an answering service number not a direct contact number. The answering service claim there is no other number to contact. The persons answering the calls also stated they would have someone call me back from High Desert Safety Solutions. I waited about 30 minutes back, got a different answering agent but I got the same respond. To wait for a call back. I waited 2 and a half hours, but no one ever called back. They also stated they are only an answering service and all they can do is send a massage to someone at high desert safety solutions, but they would not share any contact information with me. I have emailed both email addresses, one provided online [email protected], and another on the class schedule [email protected], but no one ever emailed me back about speaking with someone about getting a refund since High Desert Safety Solutions failed to give me the class that I paid for in full.
