I bought a SNES Classic system from this website in April 2023. After receiving the item, I realized it was counterfeit and requested a return. They argued with me, but ultimately allowed me to return the item and sent me a shipping label via USPS. I sent the item back, but never received a refund. The link below will show that others have had this same experience with this seller.
