I received a letter dated June 12, 2023 from Highlights Lottery that claims I had won the lottery and a check from Jack In The Box of Nashville TN was enclosed $6,990.00. The letter claims I won $500,000 via delivered certified check through a special courier company. The letter then says to call to begin my claims process. The letter claims the check enclosed is to enable me to pay for tax, insurance, shipping and handling on my winnings and will be deducted from my winnings.
