Total money lost $63.71
Type of a scam Credit Cards
Two major issues that I would like to bring to your attention. First I did not agree to pay $ 63.71 for any merchandise from your company. I was directed to your merchandise from a customer survey which I took for Ace Hardware. For completing the survey, I was offered a free gift... which I chose to be the foot mat. I paid shipping costs of right at $8.00 to have the mat shipped to me. Nowhere, to my knowledge , did I agree to any further transaction commitment to your company.
To make matters worse, the foot mat is such a poor piece of merchandise it simply does not work. While two NEW double AA batteries where placed in the mat, the mat never produced any noticeable massaging sensaction, and the battery pack could not be snapped on securely, and continued to fall off.
I am sorely disappointed in the product, and when the customer service number was dcalled only to find an agent that was quite difficult to understand and who would not give me an address where I could return the mat... (since it doesn't work).
I will have my bank open a dispute to have my $63.71 reimpbursed. I also plan to contact the better business bureau to register a complaint and to hopefully have your company pay the price of a scathing review to protect any future potential customers from being taken in by your scam.
Provide me an address and I will gladly send the EMS Foot Mat back to you. I really dont care to even have this piece of junk in my possession. No need to send me another mat , I am sure the workmanship and quality would be a joke as well.
Your company should be ashamed for being so underhanded, misleading, and unsympathetic toward customers who fell for your Ponzi scheme.
