The company advertised a projector that has a clear picture and the one that I received has a terrible blurry picture. In addition, the sound is terrible, the cord is too short, the tripod that I ordered was not included, and I cannot connect my phone as advertised. I tried to contact them for a return and initially they didn’t respond. Then I reported the fraud to my bank and they sent me an email accusing me of theft. Then they made me jump through hoops to get the address for returns. Turns out they want me to return it to China and pay the cost which is more than the product itself. This was not disclosed on their website.

This company has advertising videos on TikTok with fake highly remarked comments. They delete any negative comments from real reviewers. I got scammed into thinking they had high quality tv projectors because of their fake video comments. They got $86.56 from me for what was supposed to be a high quality tv projector with Bluetooth connection and a tripod. I never received the tripod, the projector was such low quality it was laughable because it’s complete garbage. According to their refund policy you must first email them to request a refund and then return item within 15 days which coming from China seems impossible task. Also, I emailed them twice requesting a refund but they ignored my emails and never responded. Highpeackcom.com is a scam. No one ever gets refunded. Several videos on TikTok and YouTube are available from people with the same experience.
