Nick claims to be a graphic designer for High Tech Storm who found me on Bark.com. He claimed that he could add some features to my website, and I like a fool believed him. I paid him half the amount because I felt something was wrong and told him that I'd pay the rest after completion of the project. I gave him admin access to my site and personal account information for woo-commerce. He told me that he would complete the assignment in 2-3 business days. it has now been 3 weeks, and my website is disfigured, it is a mess. I call over and over again and he promise to fix it, but hasn't, now he won't answer the phone, I asked him to speak with a manager, but he claims no one is available. He has my personal account information, and I am afraid he will tamper with my account. I don't know what to do.
