I was basically told from since June 2022 that this team had what it takes and was appropriate to build my online store. It is now March 2023 and their responses have been that the reason why we haven’t gotten approval was due to my negligence, with screenshots to further support the scam that they have going on with this business. What they do is collect $8,500 upfront, as they have different levels of “programs” and I was confirmed prior to signing that this program is the HIGHEST/BEST program where they are active and constantly doing the work to get my store up and running. I went out of my way to purchase. An AMEX Business Credit Card just to be able to do this. However prior to doing this, I was very transparent with their team with letting them know that I need to be able to get a refund if my store isn’t up and running within the 3 month timeframe that their representative, Vik told me that it was going to be. I had multiple conversations and was on the phone with their team for long periods of each time explaining this concern. They kept on reassuring me that I will be left with a positive experience and they will do whatever it takes to get my store up and running in a timely fashion and to not be alarmed by the consent that states that I cannot get a refund because each of their clients end up getting exactly what they came to this team for, that is a store. Long story short, after sending several complaints throughout the year, I was left with no resolution to this problem other than to continue to click their pre-recorded videos and watch them. There’s no one available for specific support information or feedback for my product/services. As now I’m aware of the difference, I’m apart of a different community where I’ve actually met the CEO in person and was provided content videoshoots for my initial business and live-in person content meeting for about a quarter of their price. This team doesn’t really do $8,500 worth of work. You do the work your own self and the fact that they say “build with you” is a complete hoax. So, although it’s almost been a complete year where they have not built my store. The one that they “attempted” to build was a quick, demo version of my store and not even the real deal where shoppers can purchase. Lastly, now I’m at the “suppliers approval” portion where I’ve already provided the team with over 20+ suppliers. Their team states that they need 80 suppliers to get 3 supplier approvals. Which is another lie. They just want other people to give them suppliers to accumulate their own stores, is my honest belief. I was told on more that one occasion that the workers(Vik) have stores of their own. There is no reason why each supplier approval has taken from since Dec 2022 to get approvals. I know that they haven’t been working on it due to the poor responses that I get including one of my latest ones where I’m asking the status of One Kings Lane(a supplier), status as they called my personal line, NOT THE COMPANY that is responsible for getting me approved. And I was told from since February 20th that they will follow up with them and give me a call. Still no response AT ALL! Not to mention the plenty other suppliers that I already previously told them can be used interchangeably from each of my three products. They haven’t been able to get not even ONE approval. And each email that I’ve sent them I’ve stated that I wish not to hear any further and they’ll keep on responding with screenshots that “support them” so that I can’t get them sued. This team is a scam and I was persuaded to do business with them with a complete false representation of their business and what they have to offer. I let it be known that regardless of whatever they say, as a consumer that trusted in their business, I’ve made multiple attempts to understand their services via telephone and also sent out an initial refund request of which was denied. A member from their team recently stated that refund requests would need to be made 10 days after purchase and I let her know that the account manager to my AMEX card, made an initial request 8 days after the initial transaction of $8,500 was taken and that they wrongfully denied our request, even then and further persuaded me to stay in the community. I was very descriptive and specific with dates and the amount about what it is that I was asking the representative to refund and after I came back with evidence that we did request chargeback in the specific amount, the representative responded stating that she misunderstood my concern for another program that they offer and that refunds aren’t accepted for mine. <- this is exactly what I mean about this company being scammers and fraudulent!! Their whole website makes you feel like they should be trusted but their whole company is a scam! As I said, if a client has been dissatisfied with an item that they’ve purchased on numerous occasions for legit misrepresentation reasons, they should be provided with a refund. I still have not gotten the service that was promised and I’ve given this company an extremely long time to rectify this. I deserve my money back. They did little to no work, regardless of how they try to make it seem like they’ve been doing their part/“slaving away” trying to get my store up and running. That is all a lie and for sure isn’t worth $8,500 of my money that I’ve raised several complaints and refund requests(in the beginning, middle and end) about during the time of entering this company’s program up until now. Their contract states their clients will receive a positive experience and I do not have not one good thing to say that I can utilize for myself and business.
