I purchased a 12 month magazine subscription on 10/29/2022 and was told it would only take 4-6 weeks for first issue. I haven’t received a single issue and there is no way to get a refund. I have emailed over 20 times with no response and have left at least 6 voicemails to any machine I can. Their phone number leads a prompt to follow to go to an extension number for the Subscription division of the company, but when you call that number, it goes dead. Never goes to a machine or a working number. The email given also has zero responses.

I’ve read that a ton of people are experiencing non fulfillment which is theft from a massive company like this.

I have also been commenting on most posts on their Instagram page and Facebook. Still no responses. And have been messaging at least 20+ times on social media accounts of theirs.

It’s theft. And it may only be $29 from me, but how many hundreds or thousands of other people have they done this to?

They’re taking money from supporters, not fulfilling their subscription obligation, and then leaving everyone high and dry and not able to get in contact with anyone. Downright theft.

And if I cancel my subscription, which I will before it auto-renews. I’m afraid I will be taken out of their subscribers file and never get any help.
