I purchased what I thought was an RC airplanes as was advertised and I received a die cast airplane toy instead, I contacted them and they offered me a 10% rebate and to keep the $5 die cast they sent me. Anyway you look at it it was false advertising and I told them I want a full refund. I have not heard back on my 3rd email to them yet

First, I saw an ad for this aircraft that I wanted to order for Father’s Day, so I went on their website to order it. Well, I received the package almost two weeks after I needed it. Then, when I opened the package I quickly realized that it was not what I ordered!

The aircraft that I saw on the ad and ordered flew, did tricks, and was able to hold your phone so that you can use it as a drone. What I got was a cheap airplane that could only roll across the floor and light up.

When I emailed the company about my problem and let them know that I wanted to return the item, I was sent an email which said that I could get a 10% refund and keep the product. I had spent around $75, so I was livid! To make a long story short, I have been back and forth with this company every day since I have received it and they still do not want to honor their refund policy.

This whole experience has been a complete let down, especially since my family has been affected by the pandemic that we are in.

*They’re lucky that the least amount of stars that I could give is one beck want to give b them none.
