Hike-Footwear's Google advertisement states: '100 % No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee' on your purchase. I had a problem with my first purchase. I emailed the company asking to return the boots for a full refund. After attempting to return them on their return website, which does not work, and five separate emails and 3 phone calls to their customer service, I had some feedback. I was advised to use a different website for a return and include a photo of the defect on my boot. I did so! I received an email stating that my return was rejected by the company and that I could fix the defect myself. Hike-Footwear sent a video showing me how to fix the problem, which I did. This process took over 4 days with many emails back and forth. I believe their return policy is a scam. Yes, I did get a fix, but if you look at other customer reviews, this company does not want you to return their product, no matter what. This is an overseas company, with no address in the USA. Their customer service is evasive with platitudes, but nothing to back up their 100 % Satisfaction Guaranteed! It's a scam!
