I had previously ordered 4 pair of shoes from Hike-Footwear. Both orders (12/30/24 and 1/9/2025) were delivered. Those transactions were $115.55 each for two pairs of shoes each. On September 12, 2025, I had an advertisement for Hike-Footwear shoes for $9.51 each on Facebook. ALERT. Since I was pleased in the past I jumped and ordered 4 pairs of barefoot shoes for $38.04 TOTAL. My credit card statement listed company as "Cheirairmall" and produced by evarawear. ALERT. I never received my order 3 Times. They said they have no pictures to prove delivery. Then on October 30, 2025, they offered to refund 70% of the $38.04 they charged me. Numerous emails later to them I have still not received ANY AMOUNT OF REFUND. Today is 1/18/2026 and now the website "[email protected]" DOES NOT EXIST.

I ordered two pairs of shoes and they didn't fit me. I wanted a full refund but the company felt that a 50% refund would be adequate and I get to keep the shoes (this is not stated on their web site). I found out that it would cost me $50 to return the shoes to China which is approximately half of my refund. I tried to get the refund through my credit card but they couldn't do any thing for me, therefore. the company got away with at least half of my money. You cannot get ahold of their customer service by the phone number provided and after refusing their 50% refund the first time around, I was not able to get ahold of them by email. I decided to accept the 50% refund after my first attempt didn't work out, but there was no success after refusing the offer. This is not stated on their website either.

I purchased a pair of work shoes for my husband and what arrive are basically two slabs of plastic. They were advertised for Hospital workers which my husband is and they are advertised 100% satisfaction. I let them know immediately that we were not pleased and after 3 times back and forth they are asking me to mail them to a China address with a lot of specifications

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get my money back. Same phone number as above +1 332-334-6932.
Bought the shoes and inserts. Thought it was a legitimate website. NOT!
Sent an email to this address: [email protected] Charlotte Smith seems to be the HR name they're using in emails back to me. I've even asked if she is a real person. It's the same email, they offer 50% refund with discount coupon for another purchase. Are you kidding? If I can't get my refund why would I buy again? I too paid $80.00 for shoes and inserts. I too, would just like my money back.
Read their return policy. It's quite lengthy and they really want to make their customers happy. Not true. Be warned not to order from their website. Sad and disappointed from Minnesota

Bought shoes that didn’t meet criteria advertised nor pictures on Website. When I immediately requested a return label to return they refused to send one and requested that u ship back to then in Asia. False advertising regarding easy returns and returns in 30 days. Not to mention poor quality shoes not meeting description.

Following a Facebook ad I placed an order for their Lorax shoes. After placing the order I found out the company had a notorious reputation for not fulfilling orders, ignoring requests for updates, providing false tracking information, etc. I experienced all these. After filing a PayPal dispute, HIKE started emailing me with additional false information, first claiming (three times) my order had shipped. They providing a tracking number with a status that never changed, never showed any information relative to movement. They then wrote they were experiencing delays in their shipping and would escalate my inquiry to their fulfillment department. I demanded refund. They then claimed to have escalated to their department for a refund. Yesterday they instructed me to cancel the PayPal dispute and they would issue my refund. I refused, reiterating their previous fraudulent communications. This morning I received a message they could not process my refund without cancellation of my dispute. PayPal has been copied on all these communications. In its online profile/website they give the impression they are a US-based company. They are not. They demand customers return faulty, low-quality items to their CHINA warehouse, without compensation. (This was not my experience but that of others, as I have not received anything.)

Impostor sent inferior shoes and inserts. I called 332-334-6932 to return them. She said if I return them to China, I will only get half the money if the items reach them, but they won't reach them, they will be lost and I won't get my money back. They have a location in New York, NY. I paid $79.90 thru Shop app and would like my money back.

I ordered shoes from Hike in my size, They were much too small and I asked for a refund. They have said I have to send them back to China before I get my money back. That was never mentioned on their website. What a scam. Lost £70 or so.
