This company promises to help the environment and plant tress for every order. They advertise camping equipment across social media platforms and claim to be creating a movement and bettering the environment through their business. Since ordering on April 27th, 2021 I have not received my order. It is now August 10, 2021. I have had one response from "customer service" but the tracking numbers sent were invalid and "could not be tracked" I've reached out to the only forms of contact I have for this company and have not received anything from them. I have since reached on commenting on their social media (IG) where they go by Empire Hiking rather than Hiking Empire, and another woman was having the same exact problem. This is unbelievable to promote something like planting trees and bettering the environment as a cover for ripping off customers. Their website seems very legit and I want to deter anyone from wasting their money on false promises.
