I was looking for a specific wallet as a gift to my groomsmen when I found the wallet on the hikinglodge.com website at a nice discount. I purchased 4 wallets. A couple days later I found a gaming purchase on the credit card I used that was not from me, and I alerted my credit card company. I waited 10 days before becoming suspicious, starting to put 2 and 2 together that the fraud purchase on my credit card was linked to the purchase of the wallets. When I went to the website the only contact info was an email address, and they no longer had the wallet as a product on the site. I emailed and got a response a few days later that everything was ok, just working with their fulfillment team to get my order filled. I waited another week and when I hadn't had any word I contacted my credit card company again, this time to let them know that I hadn't received my purchase. They said they would investigate. I emailed them again, but no response. They also have a different contact email on the site now which is odd. They have a tracking page, but you can't enter your purchase number or anything there. Long story short, I ordered on July 1st, 2019 and still haven't received anything 40 days later. I would recommend steering clear of this website!!

Somehow bought a product from this website- never received. Two months later says it’s shipped but never received and when I click the tracking number it used to take me to some bogus website in Chinese. Now the website url when I click it says invalid. No contact info on website is listed anymore except an email address that keeps changing in the Terms of Service. Do not buy from here! You will never see your product. It’s a scam to take your money. Have asked three times to the email address for an order status with no reply anymore and an invalid URL.
