Took our first months rent and security deposit $950 + $950 = $1900.00 plus the pet deposit $50 and after the first few months he refused to fix repairs in home including septic tank problems from the first month of rental. Was pressuring us to buy the house and bc we told him we weren’t interested in buying anymore and we felt comfortable just continue with renting the home he went to a whole new level with harassment and has since lies on us had us evicted which was thrown out of court and we have still not received our $950 security deposit or anything in writing from him. But the home was left in oerfect condition and that was proven in court by our own pics parented to the courts/judge/his lawyers/etc so there were no repairs to be done or money owed to him by us for any reason to keep our sec deposit. Since then we have received another lawsuit against us for replacement of the whole septic system totally almost $8000 and says we ran over it with our vehicles which we never did...EVER! And he has used Turner Service Conpany Inc to write him an invoice for very highly overpriced equipment system $3500 in just labor cost etc and presented it as invoice although it’s just an estimate bc I talk to them myself and I don’t think turner service company is even in business anymore or has license to do business in Tuscaloosa al much less write him an invoice instead of statement. Don wright is the owner of hillcrest holdings and the home owner we rented from and is a CROOK! Not sure about TURNER SERVICE COMPANY INC BUT I VOILDNT FIND ANYTHING FOR THEIR BUSINESS SINCE 2011. Please help us get these dishonest scammers out of the fair business world.
