Hello I applied for a loan online so I was approved and the person contacted me he sent contract about the loan and it looked real to me so I thought I will get the loan but now I am unable to contact the person and they offered me loan saying I have to purchase their insurance or put some collateral so I tried to get it through insurance so they told me to pay 1190cad but I didn't had money so I could only pay 1000 and I was told that I will have loan money after 2-3 hrs according to the contract written I said okay and waited but payment never arrived
