I ordered chicks to be shipped to my address. They shipped the chicks very poorly packaged. The chicks died in transit due to poor packaging. They will not refund my money. They want me to file a claim with the postal service to have them reimburse me although it is not the postal services fault. It is the way the birds were packaged.
