I ordered a product received it but it want the one described in the website just a cheap knock off of the real one that didn’t do what was described I asked for a replacement they said no instead offered me a partial refund but I asked for full refund and return it they then said I can have a increased partial return I refused that and told me I can return it for 20$ even though the website says free returns
