It's been a week I purchased some black air pods for sale and I get a confirmation but nothing after last Friday. I was immediately charged $59.99. I was told to use arrive app on the arrive app no details of how to track but just the purchase was confirmed. I want my money back immediately, I shouldn't have to take a loss for something when the website literally keeps showing different email addresses to contact, then when I do try to reach out I receive message address not found delivery status notification failure I haven't heard a response since. I have more receipts on my phone and MacBook if needed.
