We ordered a specific model of Nike Air Jordans for my daughter for Christmas. They arrived late and when she opened them she could tell they were fake before taking them from the box. The web site is set up as an authentic Nike store, but it is not. The site says they have been in business since 2007 but there are NO reviews on the site and the date at the bottom of the site is 2022-2023.
We emailed the company, they offered us $20 to keep the shoes which we did not accept. They then said they would offer a full refund and we could send them back. They are in China, I emailed them the tracking and various follow up emails but they never again replied. The tracking shows the shoes are at a post office in Beijing but of course the company won't pick them up and won't reply to my messages.

I ordered a pair of shoes online for my daughter from what was advertised as the Nike Factory Store. I received an email confirmation from Best Buy Jordan and Dunk Sneak company stating they’d be shipped in 2-3 days. When I never received my package, I emailed the customer service email provided [email protected]

And received a delivery failure notification twice. The shoes were ordered 10 days ago and I’ve yet to hear anything from the company. As a single mother of 4, this is devastating
